In a West African nation, cassava was a staple of the rural economy — but manual processing capped its value and quality. Peak Globe delivered a complete modern processing line end to end: professional equipment, on-site installation, precise commissioning, and hands-on training for local operators.
The result reached far beyond the factory. By replacing manual methods with standardized, automated production, the project raised the value local producers could capture from their own harvest — and left behind the trained capability to sustain it.
